But I do have some technical comments. Firstly, you should have selected on of the free plans that is all you need to run this as a standalone product. Secondly, we have found you have to run the Test Connection before you launch the program to get the SQL server connection working. If you do not do this your logins will fail. Thirdly, there is no support for mobile devices. The program only opens with a laptop computer. However, once you log in, the program is very easy to use. You start by creating a new training course. You can do this for any number of courses and individuals. Then you can create class rooms and set course dates, and when a course starts. If you have multiple trainers you can assign them to a course and then assign courses to individuals. You can also add course details such as cost and sessions, and you can add notes. Then you can create individual training records. You can assign trainers, then set class times for each day of the course. When a student has logged on to the system you can view their training record details and see if they have completed the course or not. This is a very easy to use program.
